Refund & Return Policy

At Ebymix, we take pride in our Transparency
and also delivering high-quality products. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in perfect resalable condition. It will not be fair on our customers getting used items, no one would love to.

Important Notes:

• Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
• If the return is not due to a fault on our end, the initial delivery fee will be deducted from the refund after inspection of the returned item.
• Returns must be sent via recorded post for tracking and security purposes.
• For non-faulty returns, a £7 initial delivery fee will be deducted from the refund. Our advert videos showcase the exact products we sell, ensuring full transparency.
• Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
• Final Sales orders are not qualified as stated under each products.
• We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 30% if the product or packaging is returned in poor condition or missing components.
• Products damaged due to misuse or negligence will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

If we cannot resolve the issue to your satisfaction, we will issue a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) before proceeding with the return. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
